Congratulations to the Lumen Christi girls golf team for their victory at the Regional Championship on Tuesday, Oct 4th with a score of 361 on an extremely difficult course. All five girls finished in the top 12 out of a field of 57. Ashley Hilderley-1st, Michaela Hauer-3rd, Alexa Spencer-6th, Anna McClure-9th and Maggie Page-12th. The Titans will be playing in the State Championship at The Meadows GC at Grand Valley State University on Oct 14th and 15th.

Titans Win: 326.00 - 0
Congratulations to the Lumen Christ golf team for capturing the league championship by winning the final league tournament with a score of 326. Scoring for the Titans: tournament medalist Ashley Hilderley-72, Anna McClure-79, Michaela Hauer-87, Maggie Page 93. Besides the team title, there were individual honors as well. Ashley, Anna, Michaela and Alexa made 1st team All-Conference and Maggie made Honorable Mention All-Conference.

Congratulations to the Lumen Christ golf team for capturing their 4th Championship of the season by winning the Napoleon Invitational at the Grande Golf Club with a score of 344. The Titans had four players (Ashley Hilderley, Anna McClure, Alexa Spencer and Michaela Hauer) in the top ten, led by the tournament medalist, Ashley Hilderley, shooting a one under par 71.

The LC girls golf team finished in a 3 way tie for first at the Coldwater Invitational with Haslett and Grosse Ile on Friday, 9/16 with all three teams shooting 349. Using the tie-breaking method of using the 5th players score, Haslett-101, Lumen Christi-102 and Grosse Ile-104, the final places were: Haslett-1st, LC-2nd, Grosse Ile-3rd. Scoring for the Titans: Ashley Hilderley-73, Alexa Spencer-89, Michaela Hauer-92, Anna McClure-95 and Maggie Page-102. Ashley tied for 1st in the 97 player field and Alexa Spencer finished tied for 14th.
I-8 Jamboree at Marshall CC

Titans Win: 338.00 - 0
The LC girls golf team, shooting 338, finished first in the second I-8 jamboree on 9/14 at Marshall CC. Scoring for the Titans: Ashley Hilderley-80, Anna McClure-84, Alexa Spencer-86, Michaela Hauer-88. All four girls finished in the top 5 out of the 31 girls at the meet. LC is in 1st place in the league standings with just the league championship left on Sept. 29.

The Division 4 Lumen Christi girls golf team finished 3rd at the Holt Invitational behind 1st place Brighton (the #2 ranked Division 1 team) and 2nd place South Lyon (the #3 ranked Division 2 team). Scoring for the Titans: Ashley Hilderley-74, Alexa Spencer-83, Michaela Hauer-91, Anna McClure-92, Maggie Page-97. Out of the 65 player field, Ashley placed tied for 3rd and Alexa placed 13th.

Another good day for the Lumen Christi girls golf team with their 1st place finish in the Marshall Invitational with a score of 340. Scoring for the Titans: Ashley Hilderley-77, Anna McClure-85, Michaela Hauer-85, Alexa Spencer-93 and Maggie Page-98. Ashley, Anna and Michaela all finished in the top 10 out of a field of 60 players, with Ashley being the medalist of the tournament.

Out of the 63 players in the field, Anna finished 7th, Ashley finished 5th and Alexa finished 1st and was medalist in the tournament.

The Lumen Christi girls golf team placed 2nd out of 12 teams at the East Jackson Invitational on Thursday at Calderone GC. They finished 4 shots behind the winner, Grosse Ile. Scoring for the Titans: Anna McClure-81, Ashley Hilderley-84, Alexa Spencer-93 and Michaela Hauer-94. Individually, Anna finished 4th, Ashley finished 8th, Alexa finished 11th and Michaela finished 12th out of the 63 players in the tournament. On the front nine Anna had 5 birdies, at one point with 4 in a row.
